Nice depiction of her biceps,and the spiders sideview makes for an interesting composition.
You don't see the whole spider,but it's left for the imagination of what this creature is capable of, also what she's capable of also.
The trees in the background are also done very well. not to overwhelming but enough so the viewer realizes the vastness of the woods.
The Roccoco painter Jean Fragonard expressed enormous tress the same way.
